Registration fees

All registration fees are in Namibian Dollars/South African Rands.

All registrations include tea/coffee, lunch, proceedings, conference bag and conference reception.
Participants who register under special conditions (organizers, student volunteers, sponsors, and invited guests, with reduced and waivered fees ) must obtain a registration code.

All workshops, doctorial consortium, tutorial include lunch, tea/coffee and materials.  
Workshops and tutorials can be attended and registered for independent of a conference registration.  
Please read the workshop descriptions for participation conditions.

Registration Policy

• The registration of participation is binding.
• The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event).
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• In the case of registration cancelation by the participant, 30% administration fee will be charged, South African Rand (ZAR) equivalent will be used to calculate international refunds. No refund will be paid to authors of submissions after the 5th of August. 
• The conference programme may be subject to changes.
• Payments will be refunded if the conference will be cancelled by the organiser. In that case, the organiser will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
• Registration payments are to be made into the conference account via electronic transfer or direct deposit.
